Blunkett plea.

THE husband of David Blunkett's ex--lover yesterday appealed for his pregnant wife to be left in peace.

Stephen Quinn warned the Home Secretary risked Kimberly's health if he continued to fight for access to her unborn baby and toddler son - both of whom Blunkett claims to have fathered.

He said: 'Kimberly is not the greatest sinner this country has produced. We must have a sense of humanity, fairness, justice and reasonableness.'

American publisher Kimberly, 44, began a three-month affair with Blunkett three months after marrying. She is being treated in a London hospital for stress.
