, today announced an alliance where Bluewolf will offer customers consulting and implementation services to help businesses of all size from small to large enterprises measurably improve the performance of their most valuable resource - people. As an authorized SuccessFactors services partner, Bluewolf will combine its expertise in on-demand implementations with SuccessFactors' Performance & Talent Management Suite to help businesses better manage their people and get the best return on investment from their workforce.

Bluewolf is adding SuccessFactors to its on-demand application portfolio and establishing a Human Capital Management (HCM) practice area specifically tailored for implementing SuccessFactors. Initially, Bluewolf will focus on SuccessFactors Professional Edition for small and medium-sized businesses, and plans to expand the practice to include Enterprise Edition for large organizations.
