Bluetooth Special Interest Group The Bluetooth Special Interest Group (SIG) is the body that oversees the development of Bluetooth standards and the licensing of the Bluetooth technologies and trademarks to manufacturers.  (SIG), Inc. announced today it has named Mike McCamon to the newly created position of executive director. Mr. McCamon will initially focus on building stronger relationships between its members and the trade association, ensuring tight interoperability between Bluetooth products and leading long-term strategic planning Strategic planning is an organization's process of defining its strategy, or direction, and making decisions on allocating its resources to pursue this strategy, including its capital and people. .
