Bluestone Ventures Inc. Completes Merger with Electronic Sensor Technology, L.P. and Financing for $4.2 Million; Transaction Creates Rapidly Emerging Homeland Security Company.

NEWBURY PARK, Calif. -- Bluestone Ventures Inc. (OTCBB:BLUV) today announced that it has completed a stock-for-stock merger with Electronic Sensor Technology, L.P. (www.electronicsensortechnology.com), an emerging security company, which is the developer, manufacturer and seller of zNose(R), a product designed specifically to eliminate key vulnerabilities in the homeland security market by allowing for the rapid detection of threatening and/or illegal substances and compounds through a patented vapor analysis technology. In connection with the merger, Bluestone has changed its name to Electronic Sensor Technology, Inc. and its new NASD OTC BB ticker symbol is ESNR.

Electronic Sensor Technology's zNose(R) provides comprehensive, real time analysis of any chemical vapor, or toxin with part-per-trillion sensitivity. The zNose(R) technology is protected by four U.S. patents and is the only electronic nose technology to receive validation from both the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency and the White House Office of National Drug Control Policy.
