Bluesocket Appoints Tim Losik as Chief Financial Officer.

Seasoned Operations and Finance Executive Brings 25 Years of Experience to Help Manage Bluesocket's Global Growth

Mr. Losik will draw on his significant financial, planning and operational experience to help build and manage Bluesocket's domestic and international growth.

With more than 25 years of industry experience, Mr. Losik worked as a finance executive at public companies with revenues reaching as high as $800M, and has been involved with both public debt and equity markets. Mr. Losik held key executive roles at major companies such as Hadco and Sanmina, was CFO and COO at Omtool, a Nasdaq listed software company, and most recently was with Globalware Solutions.

Mr. Losik earned a BS in Accounting and an MBA from New Hampshire College, and is a Certified Public Accountant.
