Bluegreen Corporation Announces Off-Site Preview Centers in Florida, Texas and Pennsylvania.BOCA RATON, Fla. -- Bluegreen Corporation (NYSE NYSE See: New York Stock Exchange : BXG), a leading U.S. developer and marketer of timeshare resorts ("Bluegreen Resorts") and planned residential and golf communities ("Bluegreen Communities(R)"), today announced three new off-site Bluegreen Vacation Club(R) Preview Centers in Destin, FL, Plano, TX and King of Prussia King of Prussia, industrialized suburban area (1990 pop. 18,406), Montgomery co., SE Pa. It has glass and steel fabricating, food processing, printing and publishing, and varied manufacturing (textiles, liquified petroleum gas, water-treatment and electrical , PA. These new locations will increase to seven the number of Bluegreen Vacation Club Preview Centers, joining those serving the Indianapolis, IN, Detroit, MI, Harbor Springs, MI and Minneapolis, MN markets. Bluegreen Resorts also markets and sells its vacation ownership products through Bluegreen Preview Centers at 15 of its resort locations throughout the United States. George F. In July 2004, Bluegreen opened a 3,547 square-foot temporary off-site Preview Center in Destin, FL. The Company plans to relocate to a permanent Preview Center in the area during the fourth quarter of this year, further demonstrating its commitment to the Florida market as a premier vacation destination. Bluegreen plans to open a 17,000-square-foot off-site Preview Center in Plano, TX and a 19,000-square-foot off-site Preview Center in King of Prussia, PA, during the fourth quarter of 2004. The Texas facility will be the first Bluegreen sales operation in the Southwest and is a natural draw for Midwestern resorts such as Big Cedar Wilderness Club(TM) and The Falls Village(TM). The Pennsylvania Preview Center is expected to support the Company's recent acquisition of The Suites at Hershey, the newest Bluegreen Vacation Club resort located in Hershey, PA. Bluegreen off-site Preview Centers typically feature full-scale model replicas of a 2-bedroom, 2-bath vacation ownership unit and show video footage taken from other Bluegreen resort units.
