Virtual contact center recognized as world leader in customer service

NEW YORK -- Bluefly's virtual contact center was awarded the International Service Excellence Award at the 2008 International Service Excellence Awards held in Anaheim, CA during the North American Conference on Customer Management.

Beating 26 other submissions, Bluefly topped the International Council of Customer Service Organizations' (ICCSO) Contact Center category for a program consisting of less than 100 members. With the support of VIPdesk, Bluefly's virtual model and impressive training program clinched the win for the industry leading online retailer.
