NASHVILLE, Tenn.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Jan. 31, 2000

BlueStar Communications Group, Inc., announced today that it has filed a registration statement with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission for an initial public offering of its common stock. Credit Suisse First Boston Credit Suisse First Boston was originally the trading name of the Financière Crédit Suisse-First Boston, a London-based 50-50 investment banking joint venture formed in 1978 between the First Boston Corporation and Credit Suisse.  is the lead manager of the offering. Deutsche Banc Alex., Brown, Donaldson, Lufkin &Jenrette and J.P. Morgan &Co. are the co-managers.
