.) BlueStar Battery Systems International Corp. ("BlueStar") announced its financial results for the six months ending March 31, 1997. BlueStar today reported revenues of $ 2,348,004, a 56 percent increase over revenues of $ 1,505,329 from the corresponding period last year. The financial results for this period include the completion of the Canadian DC Systems Inc. ("CDCSI CDCSI Canadian Display & Combat System Interface ") acquisition and the impact of the move into and setup of production in the new facility.

With the move completed and production resuming at the manufacturing plant and the addition of CDCSI's operating results in the third quarter, the Company is looking forward to further growth in the coming year."

BlueStar is a Canada-based developer, specialized manufacturer, assembler Software that translates assembly language into machine language.
