BlueStar Battery Systems International Corp. Reports a 56 percent Increase in Revenues for the Six Months Ending March 31, 1997.

VANCOUVER, BRITISH COLUMBIA--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 2, 1997-- BlueStar Battery Sys (Alberta Stock Exchange BHW.) BlueStar Battery Systems International Corp. ("BlueStar") announced its financial results for the six months ending March 31, 1997. BlueStar today reported revenues of $ 2,348,004, a 56 percent increase over revenues of $ 1,505,329 from the corresponding period last year. The financial results for this period include the completion of the Canadian DC Systems Inc. ("CDCSI") acquisition and the impact of the move into and setup of production in the new facility.
