The new BlueShift office, located in the Shibuya area of Tokyo, will be responsible for local sales, service, applications engineering and operations. The office will also feature a demonstration QuickLink(TM) system. In 2007, the office will offer engineering customization and specialty configurations developed in Japan, to complement the core products offered by BlueShift's primary low-cost manufacturer. Local software support and application development will also be offered in 2007.

Hiroshi has over 22 years of semiconductor industry experience. Before joining BlueShift, Hiroshi served as Executive Vice President at Aitec, where he was responsible for worldwide sales and marketing. Prior to Aitec, Hiroshi was a founder of Brooks Automation Japan KK where during his tenure, revenues increased from zero to more than $40 million in five years. Hiroshi co-founded Genesys, Inc., where he developed remote maintenance management software for semiconductor equipment manufacturing. He also served as international business development consultant for several foreign-based companies.
