immixGroup to Facilitate BlueCat's Aggressive Public Sector Growth Strategy

This agreement provides BlueCat's government customers and channel partners access to BlueCat's award-winning Proteus[TM] IPAM platforms and Adonis[TM] family of DNS/DHCP appliances through a variety of federal and state government contracts vehicles - initially through immixGroup's NASA SEWP IV (contract # NNG07DA20B) and Maryland State Hardware Master Contracts. Additional Federal and state and local contract vehicles will be added throughout the year.

Following its significant investment in its Federal sales team and the opening of a new office in the Washington, D.C. Metro-area in 2008, BlueCat is planning for significant growth in its public sector business in 2009 beyond its current client base of over 20 Federal civilian and Department of Defense agencies and bureaus. To facilitate growth in the government market, immixGroup will support BlueCat and its channel partners by providing access to immixGroup's government contract vehicles and delivering comprehensive demand generation, market intelligence, marketing, inside sales, deal structure, closing, and maintenance renewal support services. In addition, immixGroup will provide BlueCat with independent monitoring and detailed, expert analysis of the discrete sales activities performed by its government channel partners in order to reward the partners providing the most value, and to ensure product procurement compliance.
