Blue Wireless & Data Announces MOU with VoIP Service Provider.

DALLAS -- Blue Wireless & Data, Inc. (OTCBB:BWDI) today announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with Interlink Global Corp. (OTC:ILKG) to create partnership to provide VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) services to existing and future customers across the Blue Wireless broadband network.

Interlink Global Corp., a pioneer in international VoIP services and one of the few profitable VoIP providers, is currently providing long distance communication to corporations, professional associations, defense contractors, financial services providers, call centers, and property management companies, as well as to the general public.

Under the terms of the agreement, Interlink will provide the VoIP hosting infrastructure, customer phone equipment, call management, and engineering support for the service. Blue Wireless will provide the "last mile" wireless broadband network, sales and marketing, installation service, and tier 1 technical support.

"Interlink will manage most of the back office operations, technical support, billing, etc., while our partner, Blue Wireless can concentrate on sales and marketing in Dallas, Fort Worth, and Wichita Falls," according to Kenneth Hosfeld, Executive Vice-President of Interlink.
