Blue Wireless & Data Announces Changes in Management.

DALLAS -- Blue Wireless & Data, Inc. (OTCBB:BWDI) today announced the following changes within its management team:

Mr. Kit Chambers, currently serving as a Director on the Company's Board of Directors, has assumed the responsibilities of CEO.

Mr. Dennis McLaughlin has resigned the position of CEO and will remain as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

Mr. John Mills, currently Chief Operating Officer, has assumed the role of Chief Technology Officer.

Mr. McLaughlin stated, "Blue Wireless has come a long way over the past nine months and I am proud of our accomplishments thus far. I am stepping aside as CEO in order to focus on other pressing business activities, but will remain very involved as Chairman. I believe Blue Wireless will continue to grow under the direct guidance of Mr. Chambers, and I am excited about the Company's rate of growth and its new opportunities in areas such as Voice Over IP technologies.

"I believe that Blue Wireless is in a position to show steady growth over the coming months," said Mr. Chambers. "It is my desire to capitalize on the growth we have accomplished recently, push our service offerings to include Voice Over IP and related technologies, and continue our aggressive acquisition path in building our base revenues. In other news, the Company announced a new marketing campaign to offer its new business class wireless data T1 services across the Dallas Metroplex and surrounding cities. Management believes that in addition to increasing its rural residential customer growth rate, the Company can drastically add high margin business accounts by utilizing this new strategic marketing approach.
