Blue Wireless & Data Announces Changes in Board, Management.

DALLAS -- Blue Wireless & Data, Inc. (OTCBB:BWDI) today announced the following changes within its management team:

Mr. Scott Sewell has assumed the responsibilities of CEO and has been elected a Director of the Company.

Mr. Kit Chambers has resigned the position of CEO and will assume the title of president and will remain on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Chambers stated, "Scott Sewell has enormous experience in running various high-tech companies and has particular expertise in marketing and sales. He also has run our newly acquired SPSC Holding Company, a technical services entity that fits nicely with our existing services offering. I believe this will be a positive change for the Company and I plan on remaining very involved through this transition."

Mr. Sewell stated, "I have watched Blue Wireless over the past several months and I believe that we have the opportunity to bring in new sales efforts to increase certain revenue-generating aspects of the Company, particularly sales of our services to business customers.
