Mr. Scott Sewell has assumed the responsibilities of CEO (1) (Chief Executive Officer) The highest individual in command of an organization. Typically the president of the company, the CEO reports to the Chairman of the Board.  and has been elected a Director of the Company.

Mr. Kit Chambers has resigned the position of CEO and will assume the title of president and will remain on the Board of Directors.

Mr. Chambers stated, "Scott Sewell has enormous experience in running various high-tech companies and has particular expertise in marketing and sales. He also has run our newly acquired SPSC SPSC School of Police Staff and Command
