Davis is a senior vice president of ADC Telecommunications Inc. (NASDAQ: ADCT) and serves as president of ADC's Broadband Connectivity Group.

Davis brings more than 26 years of telecommunications industry experience to Blue Wave Systems. He has headed ADC Telecommunications' Broadband Connectivity Group since 1990, and under his leadership, this group's revenue has experienced a 38 percent compounded annual growth rate and now exceeds $1 billion.
