The new certification adds to EASA certification for the D1000/ACH1000 kit on leading helicopters such as Eurocopter AS350 Series, Bell 222 Series, Bell 214 Series and Raytheon Beech King Air 200 Series.

Features of the D1000 terminal include flight tracking, two-way email messaging, sensor data/telemetry reporting as well as voice communication. The D1000/ACH1000 solution seamlessly integrates with SkyRouter, BSN's unique, global web-portal. SkyRouter enables users to track assets, communicate via simple text messaging Sending short messages to a smartphone, pager, PDA or other handheld device. Text messaging implies sending short messages generally no more than a couple of hundred characters in length. , and receive and update flight plans.
