Blue Shield of California Blue Shield of California is a not-for-profit health insurance provider headquartered in San Francisco, California. Blue Shield will replace its 3,300 desktop computers with Dell OptiPlex Dell, Inc. targets its OptiPlex™ line of desktop computers for sale into the corporate, government and education markets. These systems typically contain Intel CPUs, beginning with the Pentium and currently with the Core 2 although Dell sells some models with AMD CPUs as well. (tm) systems and will provide its current notebook users with 500 Dell Latitude Dell's Latitude laptop brand is specifically targeted at the business market which means that standardized parts are used throughout the line and are available for several years for support purposes, as opposed to the Dell Inspiron which is aimed at the consumer market and whose (tm) notebooks.
