 owner L.D. Brinkman. Founded in 1964 in Stephenville, Texas, Mr. Gatti's owns, operates and franchises approximately 150 pizza and entertainment restaurants in nine states. Mr. Gatti's offers a variety of pizzas and Italian-style foods served in a family-friendly atmosphere. Several stores incorporate a fun center featuring private party rooms, the latest video games See video game console. , carousels, and other amusements. The chain currently has over $150 million of revenue. With Blue Sage's new investment, Mr. Gatti's is looking to continue its growth.
