Spindel. Included in the acquisition are exclusive reproduction rights and international marketing rights to all of the images in the various collections, Spindel's showcase web site (www.spindelvisions.com -- now being serviced by Blue Ribbon's fulfillment center), and concept copies of Spindel's sports calendars and books.
