Blue Ribbon International Announces the Acquisition of World Famous Photographer David M. Spindel's Celebrity and Sport Fine Art Photographic Collections.

NEW YORK -- Blue Ribbon International, Inc. (Pink Sheets:BLRB). Michael Wm. O'Gorman, M.B.A., J.D., Chairman of the Board and CEO of Blue Ribbon International, today announced that the company's Entertainment Division has acquired the original museum quality celebrity, sports, humor, and nostalgia fine art collections of famed photographer David M. Spindel. Included in the acquisition are exclusive reproduction rights and international marketing rights to all of the images in the various collections, Spindel's showcase web site (www.spindelvisions.com -- now being serviced by Blue Ribbon's fulfillment center), and concept copies of Spindel's sports calendars and books.

The David M. Spindel Collections include great images of icons like John Lennon, Joe DiMaggio, George Burns, Willie Mays and many more. Also featured are extensive fine art still life photographic collections of antique baseball memorabilia collages and an imaginative interactive body of work called Rebuses (Visual Riddles). These extraordinary images were developed from the original negatives and are signed by David M. Spindel.

Golden Op Holdings' clients include the Barnes & Noble bookstore chain. Part of the negotiations involve the bulk sales of existing inventory. The Letter of Intent is expected to be concluded in contract within the month. The contract signing with David M. Spindel also allows us to move ahead on final negotiations to feature Spindel's fine art poster collections on QVC as well as featuring them at a major charity art auction in Atlantic City to benefit the Wills Eye Hospital in Philadelphia."
