Blue Ribbon International's Entertainment Division to Open West Coast Office.

NEW YORK -- Blue Ribbon International, Inc. (Pink Sheets: BLRB). Michael Wm. O'Gorman, M.B.A., J.D., Chairman of the Board and CEO of the Company, today announced that the company's Blue Ribbon Entertainment Division will open its West Coast office in Hollywood, California at 6464 Sunset Blvd, Suite 950 on or about July 15, 2004.

The office will be managed by Mark Gura and Mark Ficco, with both serving as Co-Presidents of the company's West Coast operations. In addition, Mr. Gura will serve as President of the Blue Ribbon Music Division and Mr. Ficco will serve as President of the Blue Ribbon Film Division. Both divisions will be headquartered in the new Hollywood office.

In addition to the numerous entertainment projects Messrs. Gura and Ficco will be originating in Hollywood, they will also actively promote and complement Blue Ribbon International's existing activities in radio, print, comedy, special events, theatre, the fine arts, talent management, publishing, music, movies and television.

Mr. Gura has over 15 years experience in the areas of syndication, advertising, music and radio. He is a founding partner of the web design firm, "Diversified Net," and the independent radio advertising firm, "BlueSky Radio." He is also co-creator of "The Unsigned Music Network (UMN)," a monthly music showcase in Los Angeles.

Mr. Ficco has an impressive background in both the entertainment and business worlds. In addition to a successful tenure at the Disney Studios, Mr. Ficco is also an equity partner in several successful global business ventures and entertainment properties. Prior to his involvement in the entertainment and global business communities, Mr. Ficco was a licensed attorney on the East Coast.

Complementing the comprehensive portfolio of projects that Messrs. Gura and Ficco have already brought to Blue Ribbon, they each have many additional properties in various stages of development.
