Calonico was, from 1990 to 1997, vice president of finance for Autodesk, Inc. where he led the installation of the company's SAP financial system in less than nine months. From 1980 to 1990, he was a senior manager at Ernst & Young, one of the world's largest accounting and consulting firms.

A summa-cum-laude graduate of Golden Gate University, Calonico holds a B.S. in Finance and Accounting. He is a Certified Public Accountant Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
