Blue Frog Launches New ADMServer System Module; Facilitates Quick, Easy and Cost-Effective Access to DTCC's Insurance Processing Service.

Blue Frog Solutions, an innovative insurance technology solutions provider today announced the launch of a new ADMServer module to facilitate insurance carriers' and distributors' access to The Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation's (DTCC) Insurance Processing Service (IPS).

The new module - called ADMServer for IPS Connectivity -- is an offshoot of Blue Frog's ADMServer Framework system, which is designed specifically to handle the needs of life and annuity clients. The module has been developed to facilitate communication between DTCC and Blue Frog clients that wish to use DTCC's IPS file format without incurring the internal systems development costs that would be required to establish direct access to IPS. ADMServer for IPS Connectivity will be officially released September 30, 2003, and several pilot customers are currently in various stages of implementation.

"Our new module will enable firms that may not have the resources to build their own connectivity to access DTCC's IPS services quickly and in a cost-effective manner," said Blue Frog CEO Brad Levine. "It will decrease the time and costs required to access DTCC services while fostering standardized processing."

Blue Frog will also provide an Application Service Provider (ASP) solution for distributors that utilize DTCC's Data Services Only (DSO) membership category to access IPS messaging services. The new Blue Frog solution--DSO Gateway--will furnish a messaging gateway for all current IPS transactions with the exception of the money settlement file.
