Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania Selects edocs for Member Web Self-Service.

NATICK, Mass. -- New Online Member Portal Delivers Customer Service, Satisfaction and Cost Savings

edocs, Inc. Members will be able to go to the Blue Cross of Northeastern Pennsylvania web site to inquire about benefit eligibility, check referral status, view claim status and history, order new ID cards, change primary care physicians, and access a directory of providers. In addition, the application will provide internal customer service representatives with improved access to member information to make it easier for them to assist customers.
