Blue Cross and Blue Shield of South Carolina announces public health mini-grants program.

 announced today a public health mini-grants program in honor of the corporation's 50th anniversary. The company will make $50,000 in grant funds available for innovative health programs. Grant awards will range from $5,000 to $10,000 each. The grant application deadline is September 16.
