He joins other client representatives with ownership interest in Prime Therapeutics, including Blue Cross and Blue Shield plans in Minnesota, Nebraska, Illinois, Kansas, New Mexico New Mexico, state in the SW United States. At its northwestern corner are the so-called Four Corners, where Colorado, New Mexico, Arizona, and Utah meet at right angles; New Mexico is also bordered by Oklahoma (NE), Texas (E, S), and Mexico (S). , North Dakota, Texas and Wyoming.

"In the past year, we've built a strong partnership with Prime, and our decision to purchase equity is based on the fact that Prime's commitments to full disclosure and an integrated pharmacy approach are in line with our own."

Pharmacy benefit services provided by Prime to Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Oklahoma include clinical programs, pharmacy network management, formulary formulary /for·mu·lary/ (for´mu-lar?e) a collection of recipes, formulas, and prescriptions.
