ClaimPack Implementation to Process Deluge of HCFA and UB92 Claims

Now in production with FormWare, BCBSNC is processing more than 17,000 documents, such as enrollment forms and customer correspondence, per day.

With FormWare fully operational, Captiva's PSG is now helping BCBSNC implement ClaimPack(TM), Captiva's medical claims processing application which runs on FormWare, to capture and process BCBSNC's HCFA and UB92 medical claims. BCBSNC expects to go live with ClaimPack in the weeks ahead to process the 29,000 HCFA and 2,600 UB92 claim forms the company receives every day.
