Blue Cross Foundation Launches New Funding Initiative to Help Minnesota's Rural Health Care System.

To strengthen Minnesota's rural health care system and help it better respond to local needs in today's economy, the Blue Cross and Blue Shield Blue Shield A US not-for-profit health care insurer that is a reimbursement intermediary for physicians.
