) have declared a distribution of $0.24 per share.

Of this amount, approximately $0.2206 is long-term capital gain Long-term capital gain

 and $0.0194 is net investment income. This distribution is payable January 12, 2001, to stockholders of record December 29, 2000, and will have an ex-dividend date Ex-dividend date
