This distribution is payable January 12, 2007, to stockholders of record on December 29, 2006, and will have an ex-dividend date Ex-dividend date The first day of trading when the buyer of a stock is no longer entitled to the most recently announced dividend payment ( i.e. the trade will settle the day after the record date, too late for the buyer to appear on the shareholder record and receive the dividend. of December 27, 2006, and is considered a 2006 distribution for tax reporting purposes. The Fund currently pays a quarterly distribution equal to 2.5% of its Net Asset Value, rounded to the nearest penny.
