BLUE'S CLUES Blue's Clues is a children's show about a dog named Blue. It features live action one on one on paper-cutout animation. The series follows a dog named Blue through her everyday life, providing small children with fun and education. Families will experience the wonders of theater through truly unique, interactive production where even the curtain becomes a character. BLUE'S CLUES LIVE! features familiar and well-loved characters like Blue, Steve and all their friends...Mail Box, Slippery Soap, Tickety Tock, Mr. Salt and Mrs. Pepper...along with some brand new characters that are part of the live show. This live theatrical presentation will invite preschoolers and their parents to think, imagine and be an active part of the show as they embark on Verb 1. embark on - get off the ground; "Who started this company?"; "We embarked on an exciting enterprise"; "I start my day with a good breakfast"; "We began the new semester"; "The afternoon session begins at 4 PM"; "The blood shed started when the partisans  a search for clues to the most spectacular place.

Santomero, one of the original creators of Nickelodeon's hit series Blue's Clues, and the co-creator of BLUES CLUES LIVE! "We want the play to empower empower verb To encourage or provide a person with the means or information to become involved in solving his/her own problems  children and build their self esteem, so were giving every child a part in the play -- they will all be given their own handy-dandy notebook so they can interact with Steve and Blue to find clues."

Adds Gip Hoppe, co-creator and director of Blue's Clues Live: "For many children, this will be their first experience with live theater. So, we've created a charming, smart play that really speaks to children. And we hope Blues Clues Live inspires them to see even more theater."

BLUE'S CLUES LIVE! Creators Santomero and Hoppe are first-time collaborators on the most interactive kids' theater presentation to date. Santomero is currently the Co-Executive Producer and Head Writer for the television show. Hoppe wrote and directed the Broadway play Jackie: An American Life. He is a founding member and Co-Artistic Director of the Wellfleet Harbor Actor's Theatre.
