Bloom Properties wins three awards at CNBC Arabian Property Awards 2009.


Summary: Bloom Gardens named Best Development in Abu Dhabi and Arab region

Bloom Gardens, the flagship development by Abu Dhabi-based property developer and lifestyle solutions Bloom, won the 5-star awards for the "Best Development in Abu Dhabi for 2009" along with the "Best Development in Arabia for 2009". Bloom Properties also won the "The Architecture Award" for its National Holding Headquarters project, at CNBC Arabia Property Awards 2009 ceremony, which was held on 25th of October at Madinat Jumeirah, Dubai.

Commenting on the wins, Dr. Hani Shammah, CEO of Bloom, said: "We are extremely proud for winning these awards, which reflects Bloom's strategic vision and leadership in its field. These awards are a testament to our capabilities, expertise and commitment towards the development of master-planned communities locally and regionally, and our strive to deliver the highest standards of quality in modern property development."

Shammah extended special gratitude to Abu Dhabi Urban Planning Council and Abu Dhabi Municipality, in addition to "all the national entities supporting the emirate's promising projects".

Noteworthy, Bloom Gardens has also been nominated for the international award for the best development by the panel of judges which consisted of 52 regional and international property experts. The award ceremony will be held on November 12th in San Diego.

Bloom Gardens is an exclusive gated residential development on the Eastern Corniche, Abu Dhabi, and is a short distance away from the Mangroves.
