Blonder Tongue Obtains Commitment for $19,500,000 Debt Refinancing.

") today announced it has signed a commitment letter with Commerce Bank to refinance its existing indebtedness with First Union National Bank.

The refinancing consists of a $7,000,000 asset-based revolving line of credit Revolving line of credit

A bank line of credit on which the customer pays a commitment fee and can take and repay funds at will. Normally a revolving LOC involves a firm commitment from the bank for a period of several years.
, a $9,000,000 four-year fully amortizing term loan and a $3,500,000 15 year mortgage. All assets of the Company will secure the $19,500,000 facility. The Company anticipates closing on the facility within the next several weeks.
