The company, which is a manufacturer of electronics and systems equipment for the franchised and private cable television industries, said the shares will be purchased in the open market at prevailing prices, subject to market conditions and other factors. Purchases will be made pursuant to Securities and Exchange Commission Rule 10b-18. The shares will be used for the company's stock-based incentive plan and for general corporate purposes.
