Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (AMEX:BDR), announces the wide availability of the DFSM-10 Digital Field Strength Meter, enhancing Blonder Tongue's extensive line of Test Equipment.

The DFSM-10 is a lightweight, battery operated digital field strength meter. It is ideal for making digital or analog signal test measurements of all standard broadcast (VHF and UHF), CATV channel assignments as well as FM broadcast frequencies. It provides real-time dynamic measurements with continuous updates for channels and frequencies within the 44 to 870 MHz range.

The DFSM-10 can effectively measure Video Carrier Level, Audio Carrier Level, Video/Audio Carrier Delta and Carrier to Noise and Signal Leakage with a Blonder Tongue calibrated antenna. All measurements are displayed on an easy to read LCD display panel. The unit provides up to 12 hours of continuous operation on a single charge (approximately 10 hours) with its built-in NI-CAD batteries. A 110 VAC or 12 VDC cigarette style charging system is included. It is housed in a rugged case and comes with a vinyl carrying pouch with an accessory storage section.
