Blonder Tongue's MegaPort Sets the Pace for Broadband Data Services with the Indy Racing League at the Indianapolis 500.

OLD BRIDGE, N.J. -- Blonder Tongue Laboratories, Inc. (AMEX:BDR) today announced that the Indy Racing League(R), the nation's leading open wheel oval track automobile racing series, selected Blonder Tongue's MegaPort(TM) Series product to deliver broadband data services to the teams and pit crews for the Indianapolis 500(R) mile race and the IndyCar(R) Series.

Blonder Tongue's MegaPort product was chosen by the Indy Racing League (IRL) to supply broadband data generated by race officials to each of the pit crews and teams at the IndyCar Series races. Debuting at the Toyota Indy 300 event on February 29, 2004, at Homestead Miami Speedway, and most recently at the 88th running of the Indianapolis 500 on May 30, 2004, MegaPort has provided the IRL with a successful broadband data delivery platform.
