Here Is How Block All Spam Works

When someone sends a person email, the server responds to the sender with a Source Verification request. The sender is simply asked to hit "Reply" and then "Send." Since most spammers want to hide their identity through bogus email accounts, they will be unable to reply to the Source Verification request. If the server doesn't receive the reply, the spam is not delivered. If the sender is legitimate and replies with the required two keystrokes, the email is delivered and the source address is automatically added to a list of email addresses that will never again be blocked. If the person wants to block a particular address, that will be possible. "That's it," exclaims Way. "It is so simple that it is foolproof."

Newsletters and similar automated emails that a person wishes to receive can be allowed through by giving the newsletter your email address at BlockAllSpam.com, preceded by an identifier such as the name of the newsletter, followed by a period.
