The A3 management software package is available with the company's SGBD Series blenders. This system allows users to keep track of recipes and monitor blender performance without having to program each blender. The Windows-based program allows the operator to control and monitor up to 1,000 Mitsubishi-controlled blenders. With the A3 system package, users can store an infinite number of recipes, limited only by the hard drive space of the PC. With a centralized location for all recipes, it is easier to recall, store, edit, delete or even create new recipes, according to the company. One operator is said to easily manage the recipe book, and can quickly load specific recipes into any device. The A3 system package is compatible with Microsoft Works or Office 2000, including Access, Excel and Word, to compare and download inventory run rates, run status and target vs. actual recipe set points. With an advanced data logging system, a statistical analysis of blender performance is provided.
