COVENTRY BLAZE Coventry Blaze are a British ice hockey team based in Coventry, England. They are the current Elite Ice Hockey League Champions, having clinched the title for the second time in three years on March 21, 2007.  will face a smore educational test than usual after they agreed to a challenge match with the Great Britain Great Britain, officially United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, constitutional monarchy (2005 est. pop. 60,441,000), 94,226 sq mi (244,044 sq km), on the British Isles, off W Europe. The SkyDome Arena is a 3,000-seat multi-purpose arena in Coventry, England. It was built in 1997. It is home to the Cassidy Coventry Blaze Ice hockey team.
 on November 25, facing-off at 7.45pm. Thematch will be a good opportunity for Great Britain and Blaze coach Paul Thompson to keep a close eye on future talent.

Tickets are on sale at pounds 5 for adults and pounds 3 for children, students and OAPs. Blaze seasonticket holders have their seats reserved until November 14.

Blaze face league and Challenge Cup action this weekend, with a cup trip to Hull today followed by a home league date against the Sheffield Steelers on Sunday, (6pm). Blaze have battled for the league title with Sheffield for the past two seasons, losing out to the Steelers last term, but Paul Thompson's men have recorded back-to-back wins at the House of Steel so far this year.

A large crowd is expected and fans are being urged to book tickets early.
