 2004 "Broker of the Year" award to Peter Blanchard, of The Garibaldi Group. This honor is regarded as one of the most prestigious annual brokerage awards presented in the industry. Peter Blanchard was recognized for the long-term, 115,000 s/f lease consummated on behalf of Maersk, Inc. and the 32,000 s/f lease consummated on behalf of an international pharmaceutical firm--both at Gale's 7 Giralda Farms property in Madison, N.J.
