Blagman Media International Will Open European Branch Office; Retains McDermott, Will & Emery.

Robert Blagman, chief executive officer/president of Blagman Media International Inc. (OTC:BMII), has announced the opening of BMII's European operations, located in the financial district of the city of London.

Blagman has also retained the legal services of McDermott, Will & Emery to represent select global interests of BMII's new European division: Blagman Media International Europe (BMIE).

McDermott, Will & Emery is known for its superior client service. The firm's experienced team of U.K. transactional lawyers is supported by advanced technology and extensive resources, including ready access to lawyers in the firm's U.S. and European offices.

International business is a complex web of financial, industrial and legal centers around the globe. London is positioned at the hub of this nexus, bridging the continents geographically, financially and politically. McDermott, Will & Emery's London office attorneys have the influence and experience to manage this network to BMII/BMIE's best advantage.

BMII has also named Richard Elliott-Square to head up the European operations. As one of the founding directors of the company, Elliott-Square has been assisting BMII since its public merger with Unisat (UNSI).

Elliott-Square will oversee European business, with a specific brief to find suitable acquisitions to strengthen BMII/BMIE. Media and account planning will be handled out of BMII's Los Angeles office and soon-to-open New York division.

Elliott-Square was the founder of Telecom Plus PLC, a publicly listed company in London. Elliott-Square's experience is paramount in the development of BMII's global expansion. He will work directly with McDermott, Will & Emery, reflecting the future "push" of BMII/BMIE business.
