Blagman Media International Inc. Combines With MNS Eagle Equity Group I Inc.; Is Now Fully Reporting Company.

LOS ANGELES--(ENTERTAINMENT WIRE)--MAY 3, 2000

Robert Blagman, president and CEO of Blagman Media International Inc. (OTCBB: BMII.OB) today announced that the company is now a reporting issuer under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and is compliant with the eligibility rules governing the NASD OTC Bulletin Board.

Thus Blagman Media is a fully reporting company.

Pursuant to the business combination agreement with MNS Eagle Equity Group I Inc., a company reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and the Current Report filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on Form 8-K, Blagman Media has elected successor issuer status as provided for under the Exchange Act.

Mr. Blagman also noted that the company's stock symbol is now BMII.OB. According to him, an "E" was temporarily added to the symbol because of a delay in filing the Form 10-K. "When we were presented with the opportunity of merging with Eagle Equity Group I, with unanimous support of the board of directors, decided to incur this brief delay in the interest of grasping the extraordinary opportunity presented by this combination." He confirmed that the ".OB" was added to designate that the stock is trading on the Over The Counter system.

Blagman Media, whose short-term goal is to acquire or form strategic alliances with profitable niche media entities worldwide, recently retained Geneva, Switzerland-based MFC Merchant Bank S.A. to perform a number of functions. Primary among them is helping BMII raise additional capital in Europe. In addition, MFC will play a key role in securing listings for the company on European stock exchanges.
