At its northern terminus, it continues with the name Evans Road. in the center of Buckhead. Blackstone acquired the property in 1998 and believes it is now time to move forward with development. The venture will initially focus on a prominent Class A tower fronting Peachtree Road to be located adjacent to the Grand Hyatt Hotel.
