The Board of Trustees of the BlackRock Dividend Achievers(TM) Trust (NYSE:BDV) today declared the Trust's first quarterly dividend, payable on March 31, 2004, for shareholders of record as of March 15, 2004. The initial dividend information for the Trust appears below.
