"As part of BlackHawk's strategy to acquire best-in-class companies, Wildfire Warrior represented an opportunity to make headway Verb 1. make headway - obtain advantages, such as points, etc.; "The home team was gaining ground"; "After defeating the Knicks, the Blazers pulled ahead of the Lakers in the battle for the number-one playoff berth in the Western Conference"  into a market that BlackHawk has not yet penetrated," Noell explained. "The people who form the front line in the battle against wildfires have the same commitment, dedication and serve our country just as honorably as the men and women in uniform, be it military or law enforcement; it is that spirit that created and invigorates BlackHawk to this day."

"Wildfire Warrior products are highly researched, not only from the standpoint of the engineer but from the viewpoint of the firefighter," Marty Wozniak, founder of Wildfire Warrior stated. "We are constantly collecting data from field evaluations, looking at new materials and paying attention Noun 1. paying attention - paying particular notice (as to children or helpless people); "his attentiveness to her wishes"; "he spends without heed to the consequences"

The wildfire firefighter faces greater danger and more obstacles today than ever before, what with water issues, uncleared forest floor growth, not to mention encroaching suburbia. In 2002, 23 firefighters lost their lives. Wildfire Warrior manufactures fire fighting tools that provide the much needed edge in combating wild fires successfully."

"Marty will manage the brand for BlackHawk," Noell explained, "and focus on expanding the line of wildfire products. Wildfire Warrior, as well as the operators in the field, will benefit from all that BlackHawk has to offer, from global materials sourcing, a team of highly experience engineers and designers, and an in-house marketing team. With this foundation, using the talented sales team at BlackHawk, Wildfire Warrior products will be taken directly to the end user."

Wildfire Warrior products are made in America. The product line consists of a McLeod Rake rake, farm implement consisting of a row of straight or curved teeth of metal or wood attached to a bar or frame. It is used for gathering hay or grain into piles; for clearing fields, lawns, and yards; and for stirring and spreading soil. , Fire Swatter, Fire Rake, Regular Pulaski and Super Pulaski, all mounted on fiberglass handles. The fiberglass handle mounting system is at the core of our new tool product development approach. Wildfire Warrior utilizes fiberglass handles because they far exceed the competition's wood handles in heat resistance, as well as resistance to most volatile chemicals.
