) on Thursday, May 10 at 8 a.m., will announce a major initiative to expand online publishing capabilities of African-American newspapers across the country. The online initiative, designed to address the "digital media divide," will vastly improve electronic news distribution for more than 200 NNPA member newspapers. The announcement will be made during a breakfast program at The Caucus Room, 401 9th Street N.W., in Washington. Joining NNPA members will be representatives of the Congressional Black Caucus Congressional Black Caucus, organization of African-American members of the U.S. House of Representatives.
