Black Dragon Enters Negotiations for Manufacturing and Distribution with Bungalo/Universal.

Business Editors

VANCOUVER, B.C.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 30, 2001

Black Dragon Entertainment Inc. (OTCBB:BLDG BLDG - Building) is pleased to announce that through its subsidiary, Skyline Records Inc., the company is moving forward in the process of launching the first album by its premier new artist, Johnny Rourke, a.k.a. `Whiteout'.

BLDG Director Curtis M. Shaw, a seasoned music industry attorney who has successfully represented such notable artists as LL Cool J, Janet Jackson, Marvin Gaye, Run DMC and Sly Stone, is in negotiations with Bungalo Records and expects to secure a manufacturing and distribution deal for the `Whiteout' project shortly. Bungalo is a Los Angeles-based label that has a longstanding distribution agreement with Universal Music Group.

"Securing a manufacturing and distribution agreement for Skyline's product is a priority," says Shaw. "The Universal Group is one of the world's largest record distributors, and the signing of this deal will represent a significant step forward in the completion of our plans to bring this exciting young artist to the forefront." He stated: "Continued growth and acceptance of the Rap and Hip Hop genre, as evidenced by international sales figures and industry awards, strongly indicates the importance of having the `Whiteout' project in the marketplace before the onset of the summer selling season. We must strike while the irons are 'white hot.'"

Johnny Rourke's `Liquid Paper' album features a number of guest artists - Sticky Fingaz, from the platinum selling group `Onyx,' Cal Dog, and King T, last featured on Dr. Dre's multi-platinum '2001' album.

In addition, the Company has signed a Communications Design Agreement with ADMARK Productions who will develop and produce a targeted package of Corporate Communications collateral materials, as well as designing and conducting a three-tiered Media Relations program, focused on the Company, its products, and its innovative marketing programs.

"We're excited to be involved with BLDG's growth," says Anthony Dillistone, of ADMARK. "Management has a great deal of related cross-industrial experience and expertise, and the Company is building an exceptional roster of artists and projects. Our goal is to take this story to the streets!"
