:BLDG BLDG Building ) is pleased to announce that it has signed a letter of intent to acquire one hundred percent of the issued and outstanding shares of Skyline Records Inc., of Los Angeles Los Angeles (lôs ăn`jələs, lŏs, ăn`jəlēz'), city (1990 pop. 3,485,398), seat of Los Angeles co., S Calif.; inc. 1850. , CA ("Skyline") from Mr. Dan Tartaglia, under the following consideration and conditions:

1. Issue to Dan Tartaglia a total of two million common shares of

its capital stock, restricted pursuant to Rule 144 at a deemed

value of $0.50 per share;

2. Pay Tartaglia $2 million royalty from future Net Earnings;

3. Allocate 20 million performance based restricted common shares

of the capital stock of BLDG to be issued to Tartaglia once

BLDG has earned $20 million in Net Earnings;

4. BLDG to cancel a total of 8,460,000 restricted common shares

held by Canasia Data Corporation.

After the above transactions are concluded, and the financing of 4 million shares previously announced has completed, the total issued and outstanding capital stock of BLDG will be 14,200,000 common shares, with 20,000,000 performance shares reserved for future issuance.

As part of the acquisition, Dan Tartaglia has been appointed Director and Chief Executive Officer of BLDG. Mr. Tartaglia, founder of Skyline, has over twenty years TWENTY YEARS. The lapse of twenty years raises a presumption of certain facts, and after such a time, the party against whom the presumption has been raised, will be required to prove a negative to establish his rights.
