Black Diamond's Shareholder Update.

VANCOUVER, British Columbia -- Black Diamond Holdings Corporation (PINK SHEETS: BDMHF) Black Diamond Importers Inc. currently distributes a number of different spirit brands, including a wine division. These wines are from several different vineyards including Chili's Vina Bisquertt Family Vineyards rated in the top 50 of the 200 vineyards in South America. Under the Vina Bisquertt label is the 2000 Gold medal winning wine Casa La Joya Reserve Merlot. Rated "Best Merlot Worldwide" from the London Wines & Spirits Competition, Casa La Joya was the number one selling new wine introduced in BC last year. There are 3 classifications for wine as given by the LDB (Liquor Distribution Branch) which includes Restricted, Special, and General listings. General being the most difficult to obtain. The General Listing means that the specific selected product receives favorable shelf space and be sold in any retail outlet of the LDB. Vina Bisquertt's portfolio can be found in approximately 250 of the 300 Government liquor stores. Black Diamond's portfolio now boasts two of the best selling new wines in BC. There are also 2 more Wines from the same vineyard that are expected to receive upgraded listing status. They are targeted to undergo the same positioning for this company's product line for further retail exposure thus increasing awareness, support, and sales.

With the successful marketing campaign for the Vina Bisquertt Portfolio, Black Diamond has recently been appointed BC agents by the 12th largest producing export vineyard in Chile to import, market and distribute their product line. This company's brands already compete for European market share with the likes of other well-known labels such as Little Penguin and Yellow Tail.

That is merely the start... Black Diamond also specializes in private and custom label wine products and has trade marked it's own label, "Liberty Valley, Valor Series Wines". The label on each bottle hosts an amazing picture of the Statue of Liberty, which has never been done by anyone related to the Alcohol Industry. This product is marketed solely to the US, mainly the Eastern Seaboard but Black Diamond has future plans to penetrate the US market coast to coast. This marketing brainstorm was conceived just after 911 with the thought of contributing a portion of all proceeds from the sale of these specific wine products back into New York's rebuilding and revitalization initiatives. This goal was achieved when Brad Moynes, CEO of Black Diamond, took the idea to the President of the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce. After reviewing Black Diamond's presentation, the GNYCC signed an agreement that would authorize Black Diamond the exclusive use to market its wine products utilizing The Chamber's resources. In fact, displayed on the back label of each bottle of Liberty Valley, Valor Series Wine is the Chamber's Logo, and in writing proudly announces that it is "Supported by the Greater New York Chamber of Commerce," which speaks for itself.
