One of the largest organisations within the Government's wider Decent Homes programme, the Sandwell partnership sets out to deliver pounds 425 million worth of improvements to 30,000 homes across the borough. Over the past year the partnership has marked a series of milestones - 50 per cent of Sandwell's homes are now classed as "decent," 8,000 properties have been improved and 6,600 new kitchens delivered.
