Black Country News: Neighbour knifed shielding husband; HEATH TOWN.


A MAN who stabbed a neighbour as she bravely stepped in to protect her husband has been jailed for five years.

"You could have killed her," Recorder Simon Rafferty told tearful 21-year-old Marvin McEwan at Wolverhampton Crown Court.

"The injury was very deep and it nicked her liver. This was a grave and terrible offence."
